I'm blogging today because Maine said he was bringing Xanga back... and I'm patiently waiting for his next post.   

Until then... here are my updates:

• I got a promotion!    I'm now a Contract Administrator supporting the U.S. Coast Guard.  Contracting is a hectic field, but it can be pretty rewarding.  I'm happy where I am.
• Ethan starts school this year.  Registration is intense!  lol... So much to do and so little time to get it all done.
• I've been putting a lot more time into scrapbooking.   It's a lot of fun trying to be creative.  haha... "Trying" is the key word in that sentence.
• I'm enjoying using all the different Xanga smileys.  hehe... in case you haven't noticed yet...
• What can I say that'll allow me to use this one??? ""    hehe... the quotation marks almost look like hands...
• Okay, I'll stop with the smileys... for now.  Jess and I have lots of plans for this summer.  It's exciting.  I should have tons more pics to post very soon... which reminds me... I need to upgrade my camera... anyone have any suggestions?  I was thinking of getting this one:
